Cóilín Nunan joined global experts presenting at the Compassion in World Farming Extinction or Regeneration conference in May 2023. The international speaker line-up addressed the urgent need for more sustainable methods of food production.
Cóilín presented an overview of antibiotic resistance, "the silent pandemic" and the contribution made by the overuse of antibiotics in animal farming.
